Please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Delivery address
  3. Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

We will look into the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and packaging are intact.

  • Please note that exchanges will not be possible if the product is purchased during a period of special pricing.

Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you another product of the same /higher value.
